While the king could probably call phones Samsung slider design, and Nokia leader when it comes to features of their devices, Sony Ericsson has always been the strongest manufacturer when it come to normal candy-style mobile phones. Their latest model, the T650 is another solid entry in this category, although this time Sony Ericsson may be priced beyond their core market have.
One of the first things you notice about the Sony Ericsson T650 is pretty unique design. With a stainless steel top half of a pair of lower half traditional plastic, there is certainly a model that is out of the crowd, especially with colors. If you keep this phone, it really feels like something that might take some damage.
Design-wise, but it’s not all substance with style. The buttons on the handset is much smaller than your average handset, the Sony Ericsson in the past that are quite small. On the T650, but the keys are almost too small, and as such it can cause problems for many users.
The screen on the T650 is much better than previous models, but because of its mineral buildup LCD. If you can only tell you that it does not scratch easily, which is always a bonus in these days of joint work and personal use. The only real drawback is that the design before the site is located behind the battery cover – that must be removed first if you want to add more memory. It is a concept that companies increasingly seek, although there seems to be a strange decision in practice.
Another problem is that although the screen is heavy, when it comes to standing up to pressure, but unfortunately we can not say for image quality. Sony Ericsson is rightly praised for the quality of the image to its Cybershot range of camera phones that you think it would be easy to transfer at least some of this knowledge for the rest of his cell phone. Not the case here – even if the images look good on the phone even if you want to transfer a computer, the story is different. The stills look, washed, and for many people who use their cell phone to MySpace, etc, it is not acceptable to download.
The sound quality is better, however, it is hardly surprising, given the company’s reputation in this field. All of MP3 to AAC and eAAC + are supported as an FM radio, and when you hear this on a Bluetooth Special, the results are quite impressive. This transfer of call quality as well, which clearly and loudly enough, never too loud.
A really cool feature is the light show that Sony Ericsson has developed as the T650 include. Although it may seem gadget, with a series of light traveling up and down the phone when you receive a text message and not tiring! As an added bonus, you get time on the theme of wallpaper – so when it’s Christmas, you get a festive setting, then you see the heart of Valentine’s Day. Not revolutionary, but a nice touch soon.
Add to that a little desktop stand for the phone when not in use, and you have yourself a fairly good site with some T650. But the price that Sony Ericsson is the target, the expectation would be that for a little more will be awarded.
